LondonEnergy celebrates women challenging stereotypes

It is important for us to show that although our industry has been traditionally dominated by man, we are working very hard to challenge stereotypes and change this.

We are owned by the people we serve and want to make sure our workforce represents our community while becoming a Great Place to Work for all.

Our aim is to strengthen our commitment to diversity by increasing the representation of women in our workforce, especially in Operations. From 10% today, our objective is to have 30% female within the business in all roles by 2022 and achieve the 50/50 by 2030.
