Electrical Items Now Available at Our ReUse Shop in Chingford

Electrical items are now available at our ReUse Shop in Chingford — and the response has been fantastic. Customers streamed through the doors on opening day to be among the first to explore the new display.

Every item has been subject to Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to ensure it has been checked for electrical defects before going on sale.

Our ReUse Shop recovers quality, preloved items from our Reuse and Recycling Centres across North London, giving items a second life and making sustainable shopping more accessible to our community. Every transaction keeps valuable materials in circulation for longer, driving positive behavioural change and supporting the circular economy in practice.

We are continuing to explore ways to expand reuse initiatives and strengthen partnerships that keep items from going to waste.
