Congratulations to our award winning team!

Our Operation team were today presented with the 2018 IMPACT Masterclass Champion Award by Mark Richardson, EMS Process Improvement Consultant for their continued contribution to go above and beyond in one of @EMSCognito IMPACT Masterclass™ programmes during 2018.

This Award is an excellent achievement for the team and demonstrates their hard work and commitment to developing operational processes. The programme strengthened the communication between our Operational and Energy Centre staff and the team introduced a system to further reduce the amount of unburnt waste sent to landfill.
