Our Gender Pay Gap – April 2024
We are proud that our gender pay gap data for 2024 shows that women in our organisation, on average, earn more than men — with a mean gender pay gap of -30.9% and a median gap of -8.9%. The bonus pay gap is also in favour of women, with a mean gap of -38.8% and no gap at all at the median.
While these results reflect strong progress, we recognise that women remain underrepresented across the organisation, particularly in technical and higher-paying roles. For example, in the upper middle pay quartile, only 2.1% of employees are women, and just 15.8% in the upper quartile.
We are continuing to invest in inclusive recruitment and career development to build a more balanced workforce. Our goal is to ensure that everyone as equal opportunity to thrive and progress in their careers with us.
