Oyin is the Head of Legal, Procurement and Commercial at LondonEnergy and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. She joined the organisation in 2021 as a Graduate Trainee in the Legal and Commercial team and qualified in-house as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

She leads the company’s legal function, providing strategic legal oversight on complex commercial matters, litigation management, procurement strategy, regulatory compliance, and contract risk. She advises on key legal issues and ensures that the organisation’s legal position is robust, defensible, and aligned with its strategic priorities.

Her experience includes high value contract negotiation, commercial strategy, and procurement leadership, supported by previous work within a BESS startup in the energy technology sector. She plays a central role in advancing LondonEnergy’s commercial and procurement agenda while maintaining high legal standards across the business.
