Martha joined the LEL board in May 2023. As an HR professional she has previously lead organisations through cultural, people and systems change in the UK and overseas enabling those organisations to achieve their business strategy. Most recently Martha has been working in the not-for-profit sector both as an employee and Trustee. Martha has a MA in Organisational Consulting and is a Fellow of the CIPD.
