You may submit personal information about yourself (for example your name and email address etc.) in order to receive or use services. When we collect this information, we will only do so over a secure connection.  All your information will be protected and only used by LondonEnergy.

How we collect information on our website

We will only collect information that is sent to us by you, e.g. when you send an enquiry or when you book a tour.

Users aged 16 and under

If you are 16 or under you must have permission from a parent or guardian before you give us personal information. If we find that we have received information from you without the appropriate consent, we reserve the right to cancel all transactions and services and remove all personal data that you have supplied. You will be able to re-submit the information when you have the required permission.

Your rights

Processing purposes

Your data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquires sent by you;
  • To confirm details to organise a tour; and
  • in line with regulations, as required.

Request access and/or correcting your data

You may gain access to the data we hold on you by making a Subject Access Request (SAR). If you believe any of the data we hold about you is incorrect or being misused, or want further information you may contact us. Restriction of processing

You can write to us and ask us to restrict the processing we perform with your data. Where we do not have a legal obligation to continue the processing, we will implement your request or, if we are legally obliged to continue, we will explain why we are unable to restrict the processing.

‘Right to be forgotten’

You have the right to ask us to remove your data from our central database. If there is no other valid reasons for retaining your data for processing, your personal data will be deleted within a reasonable time from the receipt of your request.
