We are proud to support International Women’s Day 2020 by celebrating women working at LondonEnergy.
It is important for us to show that although our industry has been traditionally dominated by man, we are working very hard to challenge stereotypes and change this. We are owned by the people we serve and want to make sure our workforce represents our community while becoming a Great Place to Work for all.
Our aim is to strengthen our commitment to diversity by increasing the representation of women in our workforce, especially in Operations. From 10% today, our objective is to have 30% female within the business in all roles by 2022 and achieve the 50/50 by 2030.
This year, we have chosen to challenge stereotypes, sharing stories of female colleagues who are successful in their role. We also invited all our team members to share a statement to celebrate the day.
