Advent Way, N18 was lit up by neon lights and the sound of laughter filled the air when, on Sunday afternoon, LondonEnergy (formerly LondonWaste) hosted its Family Day.

All the company’s employees and their families were invited to attend this action-packed event which featured activities including Tug of War, face painting, dodgems, go karts and bouncy castles and offered delicacies from the BBQ as well as waffles and ice cream to those of all ages.

Peter Sharpe, Managing Director of LondonEnergy said of the event: “Here at LondonEnergy, we are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated workforce and where possible, we always look to recognise that dedication. It’s been wonderful to see so many of our employees here with their families, many of whom I have had the immense pleasure of meeting. We are very proud to have so many of the North London community working here at the EcoPark and feel that this event goes some way to demonstrating our commitment to both our employees and their families. I do hope everyone has enjoyed the day as much as I have.”
